Developer Devolver Digital will announce a new game this week

We recently saw publisher Devolver Digital deny accusations that he was paid by Sony to keep Cult Of The Lamb from Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass.

A few hours ago, publisher Devolver Digital officially announced via his Twitter account that he will announce a new game coming this week, without mentioning any additional details about what the upcoming announcement will be.

Several reports that we have transmitted to you via IGN indicate that the new title may be the title of The Beans Team studio, a Toronto-based studio that revealed its new game in July 2020, as the studio’s job listing indicates that it is a first-person adventure title developed on Unreal. Engine 4, the intended title has rich, dynamic characters and diverse enemies to fight.

Publisher Devolver Digital has had a very busy schedule over the past period, with the company releasing Shadow Warrior 3, Trek to Yomi, Weird West and Serious Sam: Tormental and Cult of the Lamb, as there are still some upcoming releases like Return to Monkey Island September 19 for Switch and PC owners, and Wizard With a Gun coming later this year.

However, after a quick investigation through the jobs of the developer The Beans Team who is likely to be responsible for the development of the next game, the vacancies do not seem to refer to a AAA game, but we hope in the end it will be a fun game.
